Rexnord ZEP-2203 Pillow Block Bearing 2-3/16″ ID ZEP2203 Spherical Roller

The Rexnord ZEP2203 is a Rex 2000 Series solid-housed two-bolt pillow block mounting a double-row spherical roller bearing with a 2-3/16 in (55.56 mm) bore in a cast iron housing. It is a non-expansion (fixed) unit with a single setscrew locking collar and clearance seal, self-aligning for shaft misalignment and rated for 36,370 lbf (161.8 kN) dynamic and 44,400 lbf (197.5 kN) static load at a maximum speed of 3,650 rpm and temperatures to 107 °C (225 °F). Housing envelope: 2-1/2 in (63.5 mm) base-to-shaft centerline, 6-9/16 to 8 in (166.7–203.2 mm) bolt centers, 9-5/8 in (244.5 mm) mounting-pad length, 3-5/16 in (84.1 mm) length-through-bore, 5 in (127.0 mm) overall height, 5/8 in (15.9 mm) mounting bolts, 1/8 in NPT grease fitting.
