The parts that never make it onto a BOM
Nobody plans for the anchor bolt, the oil seal, or the terminal block, and those are exactly the items that stop a job at six in the morning. This section gathers the maintenance side of the inventory: cutting tools and boring bits, rotary shaft seals and O-rings, wire connectors and cordsets, toolholders and collet chucks, fasteners and spring plungers, plus one-off equipment accessories such as cable carriers and hazardous-location hand lamps. All of it is surplus or new-surplus, often bought in bulk, so the mix changes daily. Each listing carries a photo of the actual part with its measured dimensions. Start with a part number, then browse by subcategory; seals, O-rings and gaskets is the busiest of them.
Part numbers, specs, or photos all work
MRO requests are rarely clean. A number is half worn off, the original supplier is gone, or the item was built for one machine and never properly cataloged. Send whatever you have, whether that is a photo of the nameplate, a calipered ID, OD and width, or the machine make and model, and we will work toward an equivalent based on load, speed, temperature, mounting, and the space you have to fit it into. Items that are not listed can often be sourced through our supplier network. Requests go through the form, or call 585-295-7880. It also helps to check the manufacturers we handle first. Returns are 30 days, shipping is free, and in-stock orders leave the same business day.
Our team can locate, cross-reference, and source all parts.
