What these specs mean in practice

Fitting notes

The tapered bore mounts either directly on a 1:12 tapered shaft journal or on an H2322 adapter sleeve over a plain 100 mm shaft. Drive-up distance sets the residual radial clearance, so the clearance is measured across the rollers as the ring advances. The outer ring seats in a housing bore sized to allow the self-aligning function to work.
