MRC 1915RDB matched pair of single-row angular contact ball bearings, extremely light series, ground for back-to-back mounting. Bore: 75 mm. Outside Diameter: 105 mm. Overall Width: 16 mm per bearing. Total Width: 32 mm as a mounted pair. Contact Angle: 15°. Precision Class: ABEC 3. Number Of Rows: 1 per bearing. Rolling Elements: Balls. Bore Type: Straight. Closure Type: Open both faces. Material: Chrome steel. Unit Quantity: 2 Pcs.
1900 — MRC’s extremely light series. Only 15 mm of radial section separates a 75 mm shaft from a 105 mm housing bore, which is what lets a large-diameter shaft run in a compact head.
15 — the bore code. Multiplied by five it gives Bore: 75 mm.
R — Contact Angle: 15°, with a counterbored outer ring. The counterbore admits a full ball complement past a low shoulder, and the high shoulder opposite takes the thrust.
DB — a matched pair mounted back-to-back. The two outer-ring faces meet at the centre and the load lines diverge outward, spreading the effective support span beyond the physical width of the pair.
Contact Angle: 15° is the shallow end of the angular contact range, giving the highest speed capability of the family and the lowest heat generation. On an extremely light section that combination is the point: a large bore, a small envelope and high running speed. A back-to-back pair takes thrust in both directions and carries an overturning moment, because the diverging load lines give the set a wide virtual support base. Precision Class: ABEC 3 gives closer shaft location and lower running vibration than a standard-class bearing. Bore: 75 mm. Outside Diameter: 105 mm. Overall Width: 16 mm per bearing.
Unit Quantity: 2 Pcs. One factory-matched back-to-back pair, straight bore, open on all faces, supplied together as a ground set.
Cross-Reference 1: 7915 C DB – 15 deg, back-to-back pair, ABEC 3 or tighter. The 75 x 105 x 16 mm envelope is the 7915 size; the 7915 C is the 15° execution.
1915RDB, 1915-R-DB, 1915 R DB, 1915RD B, 7915, MRC 1915RDB.
