Bore Diameter: 130 mm. Outside Diameter: 170 mm. Total Width: 20 mm. The 51100 boundary series gives the flattest section of the thrust ball family, so the 20 mm stack height covers both washers and the ball complement.
Number Of Rows: 1. Rolling Elements: Ball. Seal Type: Open. The bearing separates into a shaft washer, a housing washer and a caged ball set, each running in a ground groove raceway.
Precision Class: P6. P6 tightens the running and dimensional tolerances one grade above normal class, holding closer control of washer thickness variation and axial runout.
Load is carried purely axially in one direction. The grooved raceway seats the balls deeper than a flat washer design, which raises axial capacity and permits higher speed than a flat race thrust bearing of the same size.
Vertical shafts, rotary tables, screw jacks, machine tool feed screws and gearbox positions where an axial reaction must be taken separately from the radial support bearings.
