The MRC 115KSZZ is a single-row deep groove ball bearing, 75 mm bore x 115 mm outside diameter x 20 mm width — the standard 6015 envelope — fitted with a rubber contact seal on both sides. This unit is new old stock.
Watch the suffix convention here, because MRC is the exception: on MRC bearings the ZZ suffix denotes RUBBER SEALS, whereas most other manufacturers use ZZ or 2Z for non-contact metal shields and RS or 2RS for rubber seals. So the correct ISO cross-reference for this bearing is 6015-2RS, not 6015-2Z.
That distinction matters in service: a contact rubber seal excludes fine dust and moisture far better than a shield, which suits washdown, dusty and outdoor duty, at the cost of a little drag and a lower speed limit than an open or shielded bearing.
MRC bearings are US-made and MRC (Marlin Rockwell) is now part of SKF, so current replacements cross to SKF numbers.
