Filtration and separation

Filter Element: 40 µm sintered polypropylene. The cyclonic inlet stage spins liquid water and heavier particulate to the bowl wall before the air reaches the element, which keeps the element loading low and the pressure drop stable over a longer service interval. The bayonet bowl releases with a quarter turn for element access.

The EXCELON body takes in-line piping directly, and its end faces accept Quikclamp connectors so the unit assembles modularly against other EXCELON filters, regulators and lubricators without pipe nipples between them.
