Set-point range, port size and control signal
Steady pressure is what keeps clamping force, feed rate and instrument readings repeatable. This smaller group includes industrial air regulators and proportional units that take an analog command signal and hold a psig output, of the type used on packaging lines and test stands. Before swapping one in, verify the pressure range, port size and thread, panel or bracket mounting, and for electronic models the input signal and supply voltage. Photographs cover the actual regulator body and its markings, which helps when a model designation has several variants. Pumps and accumulators for the supply side are grouped under accessories.
