What these specs mean in practice

The D-LOK collar is a concentric clamp rather than a setscrew or an eccentric cam. A split collar draws down uniformly around the shaft, so the bearing bore stays concentric with the shaft axis instead of being pushed off centre the way two point-contact setscrews push it. That matters at speed, because a concentrically clamped insert runs with less induced runout and therefore less vibration, and it matters on a soft or plated shaft, because the clamping load is spread over the full circumference rather than dented into two spots.

Fitting notes

The flange bolts onto a flat rigid face through its two holes on 3.94 in centres, shimmed where the face is uneven. The collar is drawn down onto the shaft after the housing is bolted and the shaft is at its running position, so the concentric clamp sets against a shaft that is already aligned.
