797 is the inch cone number and fixes the 5.118 in bore. The D on 792D marks a one-piece double cup, two opposed raceways in a single ring. The X1S- prefix on X1S-797 marks a cone spacer, the ring that sits between the two cone back faces and sets the row spacing.
TDO stands for two-row, double outer. Because the two raceways are opposed, the assembly takes thrust in both directions and reacts moment load across the row spacing. The X1S cone spacer is ground to the assembly’s bench-set endplay, so the four pieces together carry a setting that is not recoverable by mixing loose components.
