A lot of 4 pieces of NSK 63203DDU — single-row deep groove ball bearings from NSK’s wide-width “light cartridge” family, 17 mm bore by 40 mm outside diameter, 11/16 in (about 17.5 mm) wide, sealed on both sides with contact rubber seals and pre-greased. The cartridge series takes the familiar 6203 bore and outside diameter and widens both rings, which is how bolt-in cartridge housings, farm and turf gearboxes, and idler assemblies get a wider seat and more axial ring support in the same diameter.

DDU: contact rubber seals on both sides in the NSK scheme. DU is one seal, VV non-contact rubber, ZZ metal shields.
No clearance suffix: normal (CN) radial internal clearance. A 63203DDUC3 is the greater-clearance variant and a different part.
63203-2RS is the common industry equivalent designation for the same closure. The trailing X28 seen on some cartons for this item is carried as a searchable reference only.
DDU is the closure to get right. Contact rubber seals ride on the inner ring, so they exclude dust, washdown spray and grit far better than metal shields, and the bearing arrives pre-greased and closed for life. The cost is a little more running torque and a lower speed ceiling than a shielded ZZ or a non-contact VV.
The width is the other point of difference. This is 11/16 in wide against 12 mm on a standard 6203. In a 63203 seat a 6203 inner ring will not clamp, and a 63203 will not enter a seat cut for a 6203.

A 6203DDU (12 mm wide), a 63203ZZ (metal shields) and a 63203DDUC3 (greater clearance) are related parts, not drop-in equivalents.
