Rated input 200-230 V AC 3-phase 50/60 Hz at 127 A (at 200 V); rated output 283-325 V DC bus at 35 kW; also supplies 24 V DC control power to connected amplifiers. Regenerative — returns braking energy to the mains, so no braking resistor is normally used. 7-segment alarm display on front panel. The -R / #R suffix denotes a Fanuc-refurbished unit, not a different model. PSM-15 (A06B-6087-H115) is the 17.5 kW related size, not an equivalent. |

Fanuc A06B-6087-H130, the Alpha series Power Supply Module model PSM-30. In a Fanuc Alpha drive rack this is the front-end converter, not a servo amplifier. It rectifies incoming three-phase mains into the common DC bus, and supplies the 24 V DC control voltage, that the servo amplifier modules (SVM) and spindle amplifier modules (SPM) alongside it draw from. The amplifiers turn that DC into motor current; the PSM does not drive a motor itself.
A06B – Fanuc servo and spindle products (drives, amplifiers, power supplies)6087 – the Alpha PSM power supply module familyH130 – the size within that family: PSM-30, 35 kW class-R (also written #R) – a unit refurbished by Fanuc. Electrically and dimensionally it is the same PSM-30 as a plain A06B-6087-H130; the suffix records that it has been through Fanuc’s own repair route rather than indicating a different model. Other suffixes seen on this family include #RS, #A, #CE and #EM.

35 kW puts the PSM-30 at the larger end of the Alpha PSM range — typical duty is a medium to large machining centre or lathe where a spindle amplifier and several axis amplifiers all hang off one DC bus. Sizing is the thing to get right: the PSM must be rated for the sum of what the amplifiers on the bus will draw at the same time, not for any one of them. Fitting a smaller PSM than the machine was built with will trip on heavy simultaneous acceleration even though everything appears correctly wired.
The 127 A figure is the input current at 200 V, so plan the upstream protection and cabling for that, and remember the input is three phase only — there is no single-phase option on this module.
The Alpha PSM is a regenerative front end: during deceleration the amplifiers push energy back into the DC bus and the PSM returns it to the mains rather than burning it in a resistor. That is why an Alpha system generally has no braking resistor, and it is also why mains quality matters — the module needs a healthy three-phase supply to regenerate into.
The 7-segment display on the front is the first diagnostic stop. Before condemning a PSM, read the alarm code there and check it against the Alpha power module alarm list; a good many PSM faults are actually bus, amplifier or supply-side problems reported by the PSM.
Power supply module only, as pictured. This listing does not include servo amplifier modules (SVM) or spindle amplifier modules (SPM); DC bus link bars or bus connection kits; input contactor, line filter, AC reactor or fuses; the connector kit or any of the control and interface cables; a battery; a braking resistor (an Alpha PSM is regenerative and does not normally use one); a rack, cabinet or mounting hardware; or documentation.
The module is enclosure-mounted and must be installed with the ventilation clearances Fanuc specifies — a 35 kW converter makes real heat and it is normally the cabinet’s largest thermal load. Confirm your three-phase supply is inside 200–230 V before energising; a 400 V supply requires a different module or a transformer. Observe correct DC bus polarity and torque the bus bars properly; a loose bus joint on a 35 kW system is a fire risk. Isolate and allow the DC bus capacitors to discharge fully before touching bus terminals — they hold a hazardous charge after the mains is removed. Set the amplifier and PSM configuration in the CNC parameters to match the hardware actually fitted.
A06B-6087-H130, A06B-6087-H130-R, A06B-6087-H130R and A06B-6087-H130#R are the same PSM-30 module; the suffix records repair history and CE or regional build, not a specification change. Other H-numbers in the 6087 family are different power ratings and are not interchangeable — A06B-6087-H115 is the PSM-15 at 17.5 kW and 63 A, roughly half this module’s capacity, so it is a related size rather than an equivalent. Match the PSM rating to the machine’s original build. Also searched as A06B6087H130R, A06B 6087 H130, PSM-30, PSM30, Fanuc Alpha PSM 35kW, and GE Fanuc A06B-6087-H130. Sold as 1 piece.
