Sensor Type: Type K thermocouple. Type K is chromel-alumel, the general-purpose industrial thermocouple, and it covers the widest ordinary process range of the common types. A module built for Type K reads the millivolt curve for that alloy pair directly, so the temperature arrives in the register without a separate transmitter in the loop.
