A Sirca AP00DACQ3S butterfly valve assembly fitted with a Sirca AP series pneumatic rotary actuator. The AP series is a rack-and-pinion quarter-turn actuator built by Sirca International of Italy for ball, butterfly and plug valves.
AP — Sirca AP series pneumatic rotary actuator.
00 — actuator size, the smallest body in the AP range.
DA — double acting. Air pressure drives the actuator both to open and to close.
Actuation: Pneumatic, double acting. Stroke: 90° with travel adjustment. Pressure Marking: 10 bar (142 psi). Operating Pressure, AP series double acting: 2 to 8 bar. Operating Temperature, AP series: -20 °C to +80 °C.
Valve Interface: ISO 5211 flange. Pilot Valve Interface: NAMUR.
A direct replacement for a Sirca AP00DACQ3S valve and actuator assembly. The ISO 5211 flange and NAMUR interface accept standard solenoid pilot valves and limit switch boxes.
