A Siemens plug-in printed circuit board for the Simodrive 610 / 210 feed drive (FDD) system, combining two jobs: generating the low-voltage supplies that run the drive’s own electronics, and voltage limitation — the clamping circuit that catches DC link overvoltage during regeneration or a fast deceleration before it damages the power stage. The board carries the Siemens PCB drawing number 462-010.9061.11.
Be clear on what tier this is: it is a card that plugs into a Simodrive 610 drive rack, not a stand-alone or boxed power supply unit and not a line infeed. It does not rectify mains to make the main DC link and it does not power a machine’s 24 V control circuits.

Type: power supply and voltage-limiting (clamping) printed circuit boardSystem: Siemens Simodrive 610 / 210, feed drive (FDD)Order code: 6SC6100-0GB11PCB drawing number: 462-010.9061.11Format: plug-in card for a Simodrive 610 drive rack
This is one of the boards a Simodrive 610 typically fails on, and the failure mode is characteristic: the drive appears dead or drops out under regenerative load, because either the internal supply rails have gone or the clamping circuit has. That makes it a sensible card to keep on the shelf for a machine still running 610-generation drives, which are long out of production and repaired rather than replaced.
Because the card does the voltage clamping, do not run the rack without it or with a known-marginal one. An unclamped DC link on a machine with heavy axes will find the weakest capacitor or the power transistors, and that turns a board-level repair into a power-stage repair.
One printed circuit board.
Board only. No drive rack, card cage, backplane or mother board. No power stage, transistor module or heatsink assembly. No control or closed-loop cards, no personality or option modules. No braking / pulsed resistor. No cables, ribbon cables, connector kits or terminal blocks. No mains contactor, line reactor or filter. No documentation.
Isolate the drive and allow the DC link capacitors to discharge fully before removing any card — these racks hold a lethal charge after the mains is off. Observe ESD precautions, note the slot and the ribbon-cable orientation before withdrawal, and compare the PCB drawing number and revision on the outgoing board against this one. On power-up, bring the drive up without axis motion first and confirm the internal supply rails before enabling.
6SC6100-0GB11, 6SC61000GB11 and 6SC 6100-0GB11 are the same order code; the card is also identified by its 462-010.9061.11 drawing number and listed under the 462.010.9060.11 family. Other 6SC6100-0xxx boards are different functions within the same rack — drive, control and interface cards — and are not substitutes. Simodrive 610 / 210 cards do not interchange with Simodrive 611 (6SN1) equipment, which is a different generation with a different rack and DC link architecture.
