Rockwell’s replacement parts instructions (publication MPAR-IN002) list it for MPAR-B1xxxB-x4x cylinders and give it a 24 V brake. The 200 V version is the MPL-A1520F-V-X204, and the no-brake version is the MPL-B1520F-V-X215.

Used, removed from service. Product of India per the nameplate. There is a small paint chip on one flange corner, shown in the photos. Power and feedback connectors are intact.
