A Fanuc ID64D digital input module, ordered as A03B-0801-C127 — a 64-point, 24 V DC input module for the Fanuc I/O Unit that serves the PMC side of a Series 10, Series 11 or Series 15 CNC control. It reads 64 field devices — limit switches, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, relay contacts — and presents them to the PMC ladder. Inputs are isolated, with a 20 ms response time, and the field wiring lands on connectors.
It is an input module only. There are no outputs on this card: it cannot drive a solenoid, a contactor or a lamp.

The 20 ms response time is the number to check against your application. It is comfortable for pushbuttons, guard switches, pressure switches and general machine interlocks, and it is deliberately slow enough to reject contact bounce and electrical noise. It is not fast enough for high-speed position capture, part-present sensing at speed, or anything you would otherwise put on a high-speed counter or skip-signal input. If the signal you are reading matters within a few milliseconds, this is the wrong class of module.
Match the designation exactly: ID64D and ID64C are different modules, and the trailing letter is the only thing separating them. Read what is printed on the card you are replacing rather than working from the A03B number alone. Slot position matters too — the I/O Unit derives module addresses from the slot, and a 64-point card consumes a large address block, so moving it shifts all 64 addresses in the PMC ladder.

This listing does not include the I/O Unit base or rack, the I/O Unit interface / power module, the 24 V DC field supply, the field connectors, connector housings, crimp pins or terminal blocks, the wiring harness or field cabling, the I/O Link cable to the CNC, mounting hardware, or any PMC ladder, address configuration or documentation. The field connectors in particular are what most buyers still need, and they are not supplied here.
Sold as 1 piece — one input module. Takeout, tested, in an opened box. Multiple units are in stock, so matched sets for a full I/O Unit rebuild are practical.
Power down the I/O Unit and the field supply before removing or fitting a module; these are not hot-swappable. Handle the card by its edges with a wrist strap. Note the original slot position before removal, because slot position determines the PMC addresses. Verify the field supply is 24 V DC and correctly polarised before energising. After fitting, prove a handful of inputs on the PMC diagnostic screen before running the machine, and remember the 20 ms filter when you are timing anything against those inputs.
