The 3576 is the cone, comprising the inner ring with its roller and cage assembly; the 3525 is the cup, the outer race. Bore 1-5/8 in (41.275 mm), cup outside diameter 3.4375 in (87.313 mm), assembled width 1.1875 in (30.163 mm).
Timken writes a single-row tapered roller assembly as cone number over cup number, so 3576/3525 names the two halves. Cage is stamped steel and both rings are case-carburized steel, hard at the raceway surface and tough through the core.
