What this part is:

A double-row spherical roller bearing on the 22209 envelope — 45 mm bore, 85 mm outside diameter, 23 mm width. One spherical raceway is ground into the outer ring and both rows of barrel rollers run against it, which lets the inner ring and roller assembly swivel bodily inside the outer ring. The result is a bearing with very high radial capacity that also absorbs shaft deflection and out-of-line housing seats instead of edge-loading itself to death.

There is no K in the designation, so the bore is cylindrical. It presses straight onto a plain 45 mm shaft seat — no adapter sleeve, no drive-up measurement, no residual-clearance calculation at assembly. If your shaft seat is plain, this is the variant you want.

C3 clearance is a fit decision, not an upgrade. It is called for where the inner ring runs hot relative to the outer ring, or where the shaft interference fit is heavy, because each of those consumes internal clearance once the machine is at temperature. Fit C3 where normal clearance was designed in and the bearing runs slack, letting rollers skid through the unloaded arc and scuff the raceway. Fit normal clearance where C3 was designed in and the bearing preloads itself as it warms up. Match what came out of the machine.

The W33 groove and its three radial holes give a relubrication path straight through the outer ring, delivering grease or oil between the two roller rows so both are fed. It needs a housing with a lube port aligned on the groove — typically a split plummer block. In a housing without one the groove simply sits idle.
