A FAG 22309-E1-TVPB-C3 double-row spherical roller bearing, 45 mm bore, 100 mm outside diameter, 36 mm wide. Two rows of barrel rollers run on a single spherical outer raceway, so the inner ring and roller set swivel bodily inside the outer ring. The bearing carries heavy radial load with thrust capacity in both axial directions, and accommodates shaft-to-housing misalignment without edge-loading the rollers.

In the FAG scheme 223 is the wide ISO dimension series of the double-row spherical roller family and 09 is the bore code, giving 45 mm at five millimetres per unit. The 22309-E1-K-TVPB-C3 is a related size, not a substitution: its 1:12 taper bore needs an H2309 adapter sleeve. Likewise 22309-E1A-TVPB-C3 changes the cage to brass and with it the speed and temperature envelope, and 22309-E1-TVPB-C3-W33 adds the lube groove and holes. A 22209 shares the bore and nothing else.
