What this part is:
A Schaeffler INA machined needle roller bearing with a separable inner ring: 10 mm bore, 22 mm outside diameter, 16 mm wide. Look at those three numbers together, because the proportions tell you what the bearing is for. It is wider than its outside diameter is large relative to the bore — only 6 mm of radial wall, but 16 mm of axial length. That is a deliberately long roller complement squeezed into a minimal radial envelope.
