NNC: double row cylindrical roller design with ribs on both the inner and the outer ring. V: full complement — the rollers fill the raceway with no cage between them. C2: internal radial clearance one class tighter than normal. W33: lubrication groove in the outer ring with three radial feed holes. Rolling elements: cylindrical rollers, two rows.
Dynamic Load Rating: 930 kN. Static Load Rating: 2,160 kN. A full complement fits the maximum number of rollers into the section, so radial capacity per millimetre of width is the highest of any cylindrical roller layout, and the static figure standing well above the dynamic figure is the published relationship for this type. Cylindrical rollers carry radial load only. C2 clearance closes the running fit down for tighter shaft location, and it is the correct field value for a clearance-set bearing. Limiting Speed: 750 rpm — a full complement runs slower than a caged equivalent because roller-to-roller contact adds friction.

Straight bore, mounted directly on a cylindrical shaft seat. The W33 groove and holes let lubricant be fed to the rollers through the housing, which suits a position that is greased or oiled in service. Lubricant: oil. Operating range: -30 °C to 150 °C.
SKF equivalent: NNC 4948 V. INA equivalent: SL184948. Both are double row full complement designs on the same 240 x 320 x 80 mm envelope. A caged NN4948 on the same envelope carries a different roller count and different ratings, so it is a related size rather than a substitution.
