A matched duplex pair of RHP 7310 angular contact ball bearings, 25° contact angle, phenolic cage, universally ground for light preload. Each bearing is 50 mm bore x 110 mm OD x 27 mm wide, giving 54 mm total when the pair is mounted together. The 7300 medium series has a heavier cross-section than the 7200 light series at the same bore, so this pair suits shafts that carry real radial load as well as thrust — pump and compressor shafts, gearbox input shafts, vertical spindles and worm drives.
7310 is the ISO angular contact envelope, medium series, 50 x 110 x 27 mm. E is the 25° contact angle in the RHP scheme. T is a phenolic cage. DUL is duplex, universally ground, light preload. P0 is normal (standard) tolerance class.
The 25° contact angle is the general-purpose choice: markedly more thrust capacity and axial stiffness than a 15° bearing, without the speed penalty of a 30° or 40° design. Universally ground rings with light preload mean the two bearings are ground to stack with a controlled, gentle internal load — the shaft is held axially in both directions with minimal free play but without the heat of a heavy preload. P0 is normal tolerance class, so this is a precision-arranged pair rather than a super-precision spindle set; it is intended for load capacity and axial location, not for sub-micron runout work.

Two bearings, supplied as the matched set. Universally ground rings allow back-to-back (DB), face-to-face (DF) or tandem (DT) mounting and still produce the intended light preload without a spacer. A DB or DF arrangement takes thrust in both directions; tandem takes heavy thrust in one direction only.
Direct equivalents are 7310-envelope 25° light-preload universally ground duplex pairs, including NSK 7310 B/A5 DU forms in the same angle and RHP’s own 7310-E-T-DUL. Related but NOT interchangeable: 7310C at 15°, 7310B at 40°, and DUM / DUH medium and heavy preload variants. Angle and preload must both match the original.
