Different 6SN113x variants expect different encoder types and different bus interfaces, so a card that seats correctly can still refuse to run the motor you have. Match the full order code, and confirm the drive bus generation your NC uses before ordering — the analog and digital branches of Simodrive 611 are not interchangeable at the control module.

Commissioning is also part of the job.
