An AVENTICS Series AS1-DIS distributor block, a passive manifold module that clips into a modular G1/4 air preparation chain and provides two additional take-off connections downstream of the filter and regulator. It feeds branch lines, pressure switches, blow-off guns or a second machine section from already-treated air without a tee cut into the main pipe run.
AS1: AVENTICS Series AS1 modular air preparation. DIS: distributor / manifold block, no moving parts. G014: G 1/4 parallel (BSPP) connections rather than NPT. NC2: two take-off ports; the NC3 and NC4 codes in this family are the three- and four-port versions. The order code appears in the source data as HC2, and AVENTICS and RS both publish R412014662 as AS1-DIS-G014-NC2. Both strings are carried here so either search finds the part.
This is a plumbing module rather than a control device: no regulation, no filtration and nothing to wire. Its value is position. A distributor placed after the filter regulator gives every branch the same clean, regulated pressure, where a tee taken off ahead of the unit passes raw compressor air.
Ports are G 1/4 BSPP parallel. Branch lines on NPT require adaptors, as the thread forms do not seal against each other.

An unblanked G1/4 take-off is a large leak on a G1/4 supply. AS1 modules are built in left- and right-supply flow hands.
AS1-DIS-G014-NC3 and NC4 are the three- and four-port versions of the same module, related builds rather than equivalents. R412006250 (AS2-DIS-G014-NC3), R412007251 (AS3-DIS-G012-NC3) and 0821300907 (NL2-DIS-G014-NC4) are the same idea in the larger AS2, AS3 and legacy NL series and do not join an AS1 chain.
