Decoding the designation

7006 is the ISO 70 dimension series with bore code 06, giving a 30 mm bore. AC is a 25° contact angle in the SKF scheme. D denotes the machined fabric-base laminate phenolic cage. P4A is SKF’s super-precision tolerance class. DGA marks a matched set at light preload; DGB is moderate and DGC heavy.

What these specs mean in practice

The 25° contact angle carries more thrust and less speed than the 15° C variant of the same envelope, so this is the choice where axial stiffness matters more than the top of the speed range.
