LinMot E1100-CO-HC is a Series E1100 servo drive with an integrated CANopen interface, built for LinMot linear motors and other 1-, 2- and 3-phase motors including brushless DC and voice coil motors. LinMot item number: 0150-1682.
E1100 — LinMot Series E1100 modular servo drive with 32-bit position resolution and an integrated power stage.
CO — integrated CANopen fieldbus interface, CiA DS301 communication profile.
HC — high-current power stage, 15 A phase current. The standard E1100-CO is 8 A and the E1100-CO-XC is 25 A.
Motor Supply Voltage: 72 VDC nominal (24–80 VDC). Logic Supply Voltage: 24 VDC (22–26 VDC). Phase Current: 15 A. Communication: CANopen (CiA DS301), RS232 configuration port, RS485/CAN in and out. Position Resolution: 0.1 µm (32-bit). The logic and motor supplies are separate, so the drive keeps its position data when the motor supply is cut during an E-stop.
CANopen services: NMT error control (node guarding or heartbeat), PDO, SDO upload and download, NMT and boot-up message. Resources: 3 T_PDO, 3 R_PDO, 1 T_SDO, 1 R_SDO. Motion functions include interpolated moves, stored time curves (up to 99 curves, 16,000 points), command table, master encoder synchronization, position streaming and force control.
