What this isOne (1) Sealmaster SFT-8 two-bolt flange bearing unit for a 1/2″ shaft. The SFT series is the standard duty flange line: a cast iron two-bolt housing carrying a self-aligning, regreasable ball bearing insert with felt seals. The insert swivels in the housing to take up to about ±2° of static shaft misalignment, so the unit seats properly even when the mounting face and the shaft are not square to each other. Locking to the shaft is by setscrew.

Supplied complete with its original setscrew hex wrench and factory instruction card — both are pictured and both are included.

Vintage USA production from the Morse / Borg-Warner era of the Sealmaster line. The carton is printed MORSE • BORG-WARNER • SEALMASTER and lists the shaft size as 1/2″.
