Relubricatable ball inserts for mounted housings

Mounted units fail at the insert far more often than at the casting, so swapping the ball insert alone puts a conveyor or fan back in service for a fraction of a complete unit. Stock covers spherical outer ring radial inserts in metric bores around 40 to 45 mm plus inch cartridge inserts such as the Rexnord 2212-size unit, with set screw and collar locking. Two details decide whether it drops in: the locking arrangement and the outer ring geometry, which has to match the housing seat. Bore, outer diameter, and total width across the extended inner ring cover the rest. Painted-over markings are common, so send photos with your part request.
