A Haas Automation printed circuit board carrying factory part number 93-1012A. Boards in the Haas 93-1xxx block are the control-cabinet electronics of the Haas machining centre and turning centre range — the same numbering block that covers the video interface, motor interface, I/O and power distribution boards mounted on the cabinet wall behind the control. The board is supplied as a bare assembly on standoffs, without an enclosure of its own.
Haas Automation numbers service electronics as a 93- prefix for control and cabinet electronics, followed by a four-digit board identity and a trailing letter for the revision level. Here 1012 is the board identity and A is the first released revision, which is why the silkscreen and the catalogue both read REV A. Haas assigns a fresh trailing letter on every engineering change, so 93-1012A, 93-1012B and later letters are the same board identity at different revision levels and frequently differ in component substitutions and jumper provision rather than in function. A longer 93-32-xxxx form appears on processor and serial boards and is a separate sub-block.
Rigid FR-4 epoxy-glass laminate, through-hole and surface-mount population, with mounting holes for standoff fixing to the cabinet backplate or to a card frame. Board-edge and header connectors carry the interconnect; there is no display, no keypad and no operator interface fitted to the board itself.
1 Pc. Bare board only. No ribbon or discrete cables, no mating connector shells, no standoffs or mounting hardware, no card frame or cabinet chassis, no battery and no fuses beyond any fitted at manufacture.
Haas control boards are keyed by connector position rather than by slot, so the harness identifies the location. Board-level replacement on a Haas control is followed by a parameter and setting check against the machine’s own record, since some cabinet boards carry configuration jumpers set for the machine model and supply voltage.
Later revision letters of 93-1012 are the same board identity and are the substitution path. Adjacent numbers in the same block are different boards entirely: 93-1062 is the video CRT interface, 93-1063 the motor interface, 93-1085 a 230 V three-phase power distribution board, and 93-1102A an I/O board. Numeric proximity in the Haas scheme carries no functional relationship.
