A Siemens plug-in printed circuit board for the Simodrive 610 / 210 AC feed drive (FDD) system, the version that includes voltage clamping. It fits the Simodrive 610 drive rack and carries the Siemens PCB drawing number 462 010.9001.00, with revision letters C, D and E marked. Siemens catalogued this board configuration as being supplied without a pulsed resistor and without installation material — which is exactly how it is sold here.
This is a card, not a complete drive and not a boxed power supply. It has no motor terminals of its own and it does not replace a power stage or an infeed.

Voltage clamping is the reason to care about the exact suffix. A clamping-equipped board handles regenerative energy differently from a version specified for use with an external pulsed resistor, and the two are not casually swapped: a machine wired for one and fitted with the other will either fail to dissipate braking energy or leave a resistor circuit orphaned. Check the suffix and the drawing number on the outgoing card, and note the revision letters — Simodrive 610 boards went through several and the later revisions are the ones that stayed in service.
These drives are long out of production and are maintained board by board, so the practical value of a card like this is downtime avoidance on a machine that is otherwise sound.
Earlier copy described this part as an AC feed drive. To be precise for anyone ordering: it is the feed drive control board, a card that goes into the drive rack, not the drive assembly.
One printed circuit board.
Board only. No pulsed resistor or braking resistor. No installation material, mounting kit or hardware. No drive rack, card cage or backplane. No power stage, transistor module or heatsink. No other cards from the rack, no personality or option modules. No cables, ribbon cables, connector kits or terminal blocks. No mains contactor, line reactor or filter. No documentation.
Isolate the drive and let the DC link capacitors discharge fully before removing any card; these racks retain a dangerous charge after power-off. Observe ESD precautions. Record the slot, jumper and ribbon-cable orientation, and compare drawing number and revision letters between old and new boards before fitting. Bring the drive up without axis motion and confirm the drive reports healthy before enabling movement.
6SC6100-0AB00, 6SC61000AB00 and 6SC6100-0AB00 with the 462 010.9001.00 drawing number all identify this card. Other 6SC6100 suffixes are different boards in the same rack — 6SC6100-0GB11 for example is the power supply and voltage limiting card, and 6SC6100-0NA01 is a control board — so treat them as related, not equivalent. Simodrive 610 / 210 cards do not fit Simodrive 611 (6SN1) racks.
