Serviceable mounts you can open in place
Sometimes the bearing is fine and the casting is cracked, or a planned rebuild calls for a spare housing on the shelf. A split housing also lets you inspect and regrease a position without pulling the shaft out of the machine. Available listings include SAF-XT 515 series split cast iron pillow block housings for 2-7/16 in and 2-1/2 in shafts, MB flange mount housings, and Link-Belt PLB units for 1-11/16 in shafts. Housings and inserts are sold separately here, so confirm the housing series and shaft size, then pair it with the correct insert. Fully assembled bolt-on units are under flanged mount bearings.
