A Tyson M919049 tapered roller bearing cone with a Tyson M919010D double cup — one outer ring carrying two tapered raceways. TDO configuration, 90.000 mm bore, 6.3750 in outside diameter.
M919049 is the cone number. The D suffix on M919010D marks a double cup: a single outer ring with two raceways instead of one. TDO is Tapered Double Outer, the arrangement in which two cone rows sit back to back inside that one cup. The M prefix identifies a metric-bore size carried in an inch-style tapered number series, which is why a 90.000 mm bore reads as 3.5433 in.
Two rows back to back in a double cup take thrust in both directions and set the load lines wide apart, giving stiff resistance to overturning moment across a short shaft length. Both raceways being ground into one ring keeps the rows square without housing shims and reduces the fit to a single press into the housing bore. The metric bore lets the unit drop onto a shaft turned to ISO tolerances while retaining the inch tapered raceway geometry.

M919010D and M919049 are industry numbers and read the same under other brands, Timken among them. The M919048 is a separate cone that also runs against the M919010D double cup; it differs in bore, so it is a related size within the same cup family rather than a substitute for an M919049. A single-cup M919010 without the D has one raceway and a different width.
