Heidenhain ID 323079-01 is the TTL interface board for the HEIDENHAIN PWM 9 phase angle measuring unit (PWM 9 diagnostic kit) and its predecessor, the PWM 8. Type: TTL Interface Board (plug-in expansion module). Interface: TTL. The board adapts the PWM to encoders with TTL square-wave output signals.
The PWM 9 accepts one interface board at a time, and each board supports one encoder interface. The boards change from outside the PWM housing. With the TTL board fitted, the PWM checks and adjusts incremental linear and angle encoders with TTL output, measuring signal on-off ratio, phase angle, operating voltage, current consumption and scanning frequency.
