Swivel connector and turnbuckle-style tensioner, part number 040A01202 M20. The body carries an M20 threaded adjuster and swivelling end fittings, each drilled with a clearance through hole for a 5/8 in fastener. Mounting hole centre-to-centre spacing 100 mm.
The swivelling ends let the assembly self-align as the anchor points move out of plane, so the load stays axial along the adjuster instead of putting a bending moment into the threads. The M20 thread sets the adjustment resolution and the tensile section: one full turn changes the length by the thread pitch, and load is carried in the thread root. Because both ends swivel, the unit can be set under tension without twisting either anchor.
Two clearance through holes sized for 5/8 in (15.9 mm) fasteners, on 100 mm centres at the shortest setting. The through holes accept a shoulder bolt or a pin, and the swivel joints take up angular offset between the two anchors.
Sold as 1 Pc. Complete assembly: body, M20 threaded adjuster, and both swivel end fittings. Mounting fasteners are separate hardware.
Adjustment is made by rotating the M20 thread with the end fittings restrained. Final tension is set with the swivel joints free to align, then the joint is locked.
