OBO Bettermann V 20-C is a DIN-rail Type 2 (Class C) surge arrester for equipment protection and equipotential bonding in main and sub-distribution boards. Class: Type 2 / Class C per EN 61643-11 (VDE 0675 parts 6-11). Mounting Type: DIN rail. Construction: plug-in arrester cover on a Multibase base with multiple connection terminals. The cover separates from the base by hand without tools.
V — OBO surge arrester (Varistor / Überspannungsableiter) for power supply systems.
20 — 20 kA nominal discharge current class.
C — Class C, Type 2 under EN 61643-11.
