A Siemens 6RB2100-0NA21 — the closed-loop analogue control PCB for a Simodrive 210 DC feed drive, in the three-axis configuration. It carries the speed and current regulators for the feed axes: it takes the analogue speed command from the CNC, closes the loop against tachometer feedback and issues the firing commands to the DC power section. It is a regulator board, not a power stage and not a power supply.
The 6RB2 prefix is Simodrive 210, the DC feed-drive family, not the AC Simodrive 610 range (6SC61…). The two generations share the same Siemens 462-series internal drawing scheme and are frequently listed interchangeably by resellers, but they regulate different power sections — a 210 DC control board will not run a 610 AC feed drive module. Match the drive family before ordering.

Type: feed-drive closed-loop control PCB (regulator board)Drive family: Simodrive 210, DC feed driveAxes served: 3Control method: analogue closed loop — speed regulation against tachogenerator feedback, with current/torque limitCommand interface: analogue speed setpoint from the CNCInternal drawing number: 462 110.9070.21Form: plug-in / rack-mounted PCB within the Simodrive drive chassisOrigin: Germany (Siemens nameplate)
Three axes on one board means one board failure takes three feed axes with it — and equally, one board covers three axes, so you need fewer spares than an axis-per-card architecture suggests. Because the loop is analogue and closed on a tachogenerator, drift and gain faults show up as axis hunting or following error rather than as a hard alarm; the regulator trim pots on this generation of board are set to the machine, so a replacement will need the loop gains and offsets re-trimmed rather than dropped in blind.
Match the 462-series drawing number as well as the order number: Siemens revised these boards through the 610/210 life and drawing revisions are not always cross-compatible in a given chassis. Note the trim-pot positions on the outgoing board before removing it, and expect to re-trim offset and gain per axis with the drive enabled.
Control PCB only. The listing title notes “no module” — there is no power module, no drive chassis or rack, no power supply or voltage-clamping module, no pulsed (braking) resistor, no motor, no tachogenerator, no ribbon or signal cables, no connector kits or terminal boards, and no documentation.
Sold as one control board.
6RB2100-0NA21, 6RB21000NA21 and 6RB2100 0NA21 are the same board. 6RB2100-0NA01 is a different configuration within the same DC family. The similarly numbered 6SC6100-0NA21 (drawing 462 010.9070.21) is the AC Simodrive 610 analogue control board — a genuinely different part despite the near-identical tail, and the commonest mis-order on this product. Related sizes and configurations exist for one- and two-axis service; those are different boards, not equivalents.
