Voltage, coil style, function and porting
A stuck solenoid usually shows up as one station on a machine that will not cycle. Stocked items include compact valves and valve assemblies of the sort used on Festo and SMC style manifolds when available, both individually ported and sub-base mounted. Getting the right one comes down to coil voltage and whether it is AC or DC, the electrical connection, valve function such as two-position five-port, and how the body mounts. Coil-only replacements are worth checking first, since the valve body itself is often still serviceable. Photos show the actual markings on each coil and body. Bring a picture of the existing valve and its wiring to the request form if the label has worn off.
