RHP 7206ATDUMP4 super precision angular contact ball bearings, supplied as a factory-matched duplex pair. 30 mm bore, 62 mm outside diameter, 16 mm width per bearing. Open on both faces, phenolic cage, 25° contact angle, medium preload, ABEC 7 precision. The carton also carries the designations 7206X4TADUMEP7 and 3MM206WI CR DUM.
7206 gives an angular contact bearing in the 72 dimension series with bore code 06, a 30 mm bore, so it is the heavier-section counterpart to a 7006. The 25° contact angle is read from the alternate markings: 3MM in the Fafnir scheme and A5 in the NSK equivalent both denote 25°. T is the fabric-base laminate phenolic cage, matching CR on the Fafnir marking. DU marks a duplex matched set and M medium preload. P4 is ISO Class 4, equal to ABEC 7, and the EP7 on the third marking says the same.
A 25° contact angle carries substantially more thrust and gives higher axial stiffness than a 15° bearing in the same envelope, at the cost of speed capability and a little more heat. The 72 dimension series adds section height over the 70 series, raising radial capacity for the same bore. Medium preload sits between the light setting chosen for speed and the heavy setting chosen for rigidity. Phenolic cages are light and self-lubricating, with a 120°C ceiling.

Assembly is dry and clean, interference fit on the inner rings, location fit in the housing bore, with both rings clamped fully home against their shoulders so the ground offset closes and the design preload is realised. The arrangement mark on the outer ring faces sets the orientation. Heat is applied to the shaft rather than the bearing because of the phenolic cage.
Another maker’s 30 x 62 x 16 mm 25° duplex pair at medium preload and ABEC 7 substitutes directly. The 7006 in the 70 series shares the 30 mm bore but has a smaller outside diameter and lower capacity, so it is a related size. A 15° part in this envelope, or the same number at light or heavy preload, is also a related size: mounted stiffness and thrust capacity differ.
