How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email and see a hold / charge on your credit card or payment method.
When will my credit card be charged?
Cards are charged immediately upon order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
You may email us with edits or requests to cancel before the order has been updated with a tracking number. Upon which time your order will be shipped as is.
Can I drop ship my order or ship blind?
Blind shipping available on request. To ship blind, email your Shipping Label & Packing List to: sales@central-surplus.com. Include your order number in the subject line.
Is everything in stock?
If it is listed on our website, it is in-stock!

When can I expect my order?
Orders ship the same day when placed before 6PM EST. Orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days. Delivery dates vary based on destination and shipping method selected.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer shipping through all major carriers including freight. Users are able to enter their own shipping credentials as well to ship with their negotiated rates. USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL are preferred.Â
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes.
Can I track my package?
Tracking is provided for every order when supported by the shipping method selected.

How do I find the correct part number for my equipment?
Part numbers are often found stamped on the product or on the packaging. If a part number cannot be located, please provide us images and measurements to help us source it for you.
